Hi there! Fantastic plugin. Thanks so much!

I'm having an issue where certain members are seeing th T&C page when trying to view ANY page, despite having already accepted them. The strangest part is that I disabled the plugin anyhow problem persisted. I'm at a complete loss. Any suggestions?

Thats odd.

 

From my own observations, the tos only appears if you have never yet accepted the tos/pp before.

 

But once you have, you can access everything else on the site without any further prompts.

 

UNLESS the admin had selected to reset user TOS/PP to force them to re-accept the TOS/PP maybe because he had modified it with new terms etc.

 

I will keep an eye out if your issue also happens to me, but so far i haven't seen that except what i've already mentioned in my own experience.

One bug however.

 

For non registered members aka visitors, when they try to access a page i set as requiring having read and accepted tos; they need to click accept and it refreshes and shows them the same tos. Then they need to accept it a second time, before they can view the page.

 

Could be just a cache issue as i am using quick cache, but i am not too sure on this. But there you have it
