I'm having updating the TOU plugin with our T&Cs. I go to seetings, edit T&C.
I place our T&C's in the relevant window. Hit save. Then I go to "view", it is blank. Only the I agree/disagree buttons. Go back to edit, find everything is now blank. Even the windows I haven't altered. What have I done wrong ?

separate issue. In privacy window, do you have use html to format your statement ? I just want to be able to copy it from our word/pdf document. thank you

Yes, you can use html in the privacy box. However, it is not recommended to copy and paste from Microsoft Word unless you know what html you can remove.

As far as you settings being blank, are you using the "visual" or "html" tab? If visual, is there anything in the html tab? Are you copying and pasting? Does your text save if you use it in a regular WordPress page or post? Are any of the other settings saving?

I copied the information into wordpad and then copied to your TOU. It worked.

It doesn't like word documents. Even if you use the paste from word option on the toolbar.
