Hi Stephanie,

First i must say kudos for an awesome tos plugin  it's a very very good plugin for that particular function. Now even a newbie like me can add in a fancy smart looking tos !

Anyway i have a suggestion that besides Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, that you also should add a Legal Disclaimer.

An example would be like these websites which have all 3 provided for. It seems to be the trend, so i would feel much more safer having all 3 pretty please

On a separate note, in response to your question whether the fix for your plugin worked, yes it did  kudos yet again.

PS: not sure if it's an issue with my Quick cache plugin with your terms of use, but i noticed an oddity when guests click accept, it goes to the tos page again. So on the 2nd time clicking accept, then they finally can go to the designated page. You can test this behaviour on my website to see what i am talking about 

For registered users, this does not seem to be a problem, as it works flawlessly.
