Hi all -
I aplogize in advance if I'm missing something obvious. I want to force ALL users to accept the Terms of Use when accessing a specific page, in this case what basically amounts to a storefront. I've set the requirements in the Settings to:
Admin Pages = Don't require in admin
Front-end Page = My selected page in the dropdown.
The problem is that no matter what I do, I'm never presented with the Terms of Use or the Agree/Decline buttons. I've completely logged out and cleared all of my internet data and have still been able to access the selected Front-end Page without being presented th Agree/Decline page. Help, please. Thanks!

Try these settings:
1. Select your store page in the Require Term Agreement to Access Front-end page drop-down.
2. Insert the shortcode [terms-of-use] into a WordPress page.
3. Use the full url for that page on the Terms Page URL option.
Let me know if that solves your problem. Thanks!

Thanks Steph but this did not work. I selected my storefront page, created a new page with the [terms-of-use] shortcode and used that page's URL in the Terms Page URL box. I still never get to Accept an agreement. I must be missing something obvious. Can I email you a screen shot of the plugin's settings to see if I've got something wrong?

Sure. You can send it to admin@strategy11.com. What is the link to the page you are trying to require the agreement on?

I think the problem is that my code has issues with default urls (ie ?page_id=18). This is a bug I haven't yet fixed. Would it be a problem for you to switch your urls to something else on Settings > Permalinks ?

Hmmm….I tried changing the names of the pages (http://www.xxx.com/wordpress/t…..rms-of-use) but still no luck.

Did you also update your terms url in the Terms of Use settings?

Yes, I updated the TOU URL to reflect the name change.
Does the [terms-of-use] tag have to be on the page that I am trying to put behind the TOU agreement? Right now, the TOU page is just the tag and is a separate page from the storefront that I am trying to protect.

No. That shouldn't make a difference. You should get redirected to this page:
…wordpress/terms-of-use?redirected=true
There must be a conflict with another plugin. Maybe try disabling all other plugins to see if it works?

Hi. I was wondering if this issue was resolved. I'm having the exact same problem. Thanks.
