With this plugin installed, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function add() on a non-object in /home5/[siteURL]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/terms-of-use-2/terms-of-use.php on line 161

This is a fresh install of WordPress. Unfortunately I don't know PHP to see what's wrong with the plugin on line 161.

Any ideas?

I've discovered the problem, unfortunately not a solution. This Terms of Use plugin is currently incompatible with Buddypress. Until the developer remedies this, the only solution is to find another TOS plugin or not use Buddypress.

I discovered this via: http://buddypress.org/communit…../mentions/

and subsequently verified that deactivating Buddypress will permit the Terms of Use plugin to function properly.
