Trying to figure out how to incorporate recaptcha & akismet into formidable.  I have my api keys and looking for a simple tutorial on this

I guess there isn't a tutorial on this one. If you have Akismet activated, there is a checkbox under the "Advanced Form Options" to check. If you have the correct reCaptcha plugin installed, there will be a "Captcha" field under "Basic Form Fields" that you can add to your form.
