I can't add options for the "Data from Entries".

 

I want to create a drop-down menu that only appears if the drop down menu above it is a certain selection.

 

I can select "Hide this field unless the value of … is equal to …" 

 

However, there is no way to add options. Unlike the normal drop-down basic field, this does not have + Add an option.

 

So when the registrar selects "Crisis Management Phase" from "First Choice Professional Forum Track" a field pops up ("Crisis Management Phase") with a drop-down box, but there are no options. See http://goo.gl/gYcJw (towards the bottom)
