1. can we have forward and back buttons to navigate the pages
2. does the "scale" field have to be 10 radio buttons? is this customisable

Hi Collins,
I made forward and back buttons with a whole bunch of custom stuff in Advanced Form Options -> Edit HTML by setting up JQuery tabs. I can share it if you are interested.

@jenny i am interested if you dont mind sharing it
@steph how do i do it then as i cant see to find it, as i want a customer to move to page 1 of 5 with the option to go backward or forward
