I updated some plugins on my site. Formidable Pro vanished and my forms and data are not visible. How do I recover? Can I reinstall?

It isn't active, that is the problem. Whatever other plugins I upgraded wiped out Formidable/Pro altogether and my form and all the data I collected for an upcoming event. I am trying to recover it. If I try to install Formidable again I get an error message that the folder already exists. Is there any way to recover? Do I have to delete the folder and start all over again?

Please try deleting the Formidable folder. Deleting the folder will not delete your data.
