My form does not display when I enter the short code. Do you know what the problem could be? I am using the Aggiornare theme.

Are you using Pretty Link Pro with keyword replacement turned on by chance? I've seen users have issues with that causing forms not to display. If not, what are you seeing on your page where the form should be? What other plugins do you have activated? Do you have a link to the page I could look at?

Same issue with forms and graphs. It is not appearing on the Page in my wordpress site. Instead it just shows the shorthand code.

Please make sure Formidable is activated. Those shortcodes will not show if Formidable (and Pro if you using Pro shortcodes) is not active.

Thanks. I have Pro installed. I've been able to see the form. Now where do I place the shortcode in order to see a list of entries from a Form I created from the form templates?
