Are Forms saved in a manner that they can be displayed as Wordprss posts that are categorized and/or tagged.

If so, I would then be able to create an easy display method of forms by a category or by a tag word, and in addition, use WordPress RSS feeds as an additional output method of the same forms.

Is this possible?

You can create WordPress posts through the forms. This way you still have all the regular post functions like RSS, category, and tags.
