Hi Steph.  I've spent some time looking for an answer using google and forums but can't find it.  I'm trying to make the boxes in my formidable regular form longer, for addresses and such.  I'm guessing under "Field Options" that field length is the place to make them longer but changing the values doesn't seem to work.  Am I close? Missing something? Or is that not available on the free version?  Thanks.

Hey, sorry for the delay Eric. Your field sizes should be changed in the "Field Size" box under "Field Options" (the first one on that row). If this doesn't change your field size, then your theme is probably overriding this. Can you give me a link to your form?
