Hi -

I've used Formidable a couple of times on other sites, but today I can't get the form to display.  When I put the shortcode into the HTML and update (or preview the changes), instead of seeing the form, I have text on the page that says "Please select a valid form"

 

Also, when I look at the list that is supposed to show my forms, it says "No forms found". Yet, I now have – somewhere – shortcodes for Formidable.  At least, every time I start over, I get a new shortcode.  I believe I am now on [Formidable=7]

 

Have I forgotten something?

You are seeing this message because you don't have any saved forms. Every time you begin creating a form, an ID is used including form templates. The number isn't important, but you do need to create a form before you can display it on a page.
