I've had nothing but great success with this plugin in the past but since I upgraded to version 1.04.03 the plugin is no longer sending notifications to my designated email address. I haven't changed any settings. The entries are still being logged, but I am not receiving the email notifications like I was before. I've attached a screenshot of my current notification settings for you to review. Thank you.

Sorry for the delay. Posting in the Pro forums will get you a faster response (FYI).

It looks like the Reply to/From line may be causing problems. There are two drop-downs on that line. The first one should be a name and only the second one should be an email address. Maybe try that and let me know if it doesn't correct the problem.
