Hello – I downloaded Formidable (basic) and am having trouble with the drop-down function. I can drag and add drop-down options (Option1, Option2,…etc.) but the software won't allow me to CHANGE the name from OptionX to whatever I want. When I click on any of the Options it says "saving" rather than turning into editable text. Any advice?

Is there a chance you are double clicking on the name to change?

Also, were you using a previous version? If so, please clear you browser cache and try again.

Hi Steph – I tried double & single clicking get the "saving" every time. I just dwnld it yesterday so I'm pretty sure I have the latest version. I'll try clearing the cache and even open it in Firefox (been using Explorer) to see if I have any luck.

OK it works in Firefox! I think it's a cache thing with Explorer.

I'm having the same issue, it will not allow editing of the dropdown options in IE. Thanks for the mention to try FireFox – you saved me – it worked!
