How do i add multiple recipients, such as a drop down menu asking if you need sales, service and then depending on what they check… it goes to service department's email or whatever.

I upgraded to Pro thinking it would be a feature but I don't see it.

Sorry, this isn't yet a feature. However, you can do this with a little new code added to a new plugin or your theme functions.php. Please take a look at the forum post here for sample code. You can post here is if need additional help with it.
