Hello, I am using the free form to create a simple form to collect name, email address, phone number, subject, message, and a file upload. However, I cannot drag any of the fields on the right to my form on the left. The default fields are the only ones that show which include name, email address, subject, website, and message.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

You must have a javascript conflict with another plugin or your theme. Themes are the most frequent conflict and the issue is usually calling and external jquery instead of the one packaged with WordPress. Please temporarily switch out your theme and if that's not it, test each plugin.
