Hello Steph,

 

I'm using your great Plugin but have one question:

is the content of a Widget always been loaded no matter if I display the Widget on a certain page or not?

If it is always been loaded and I hide a lot of my WIdgets on a certain side, the loading time of the side would become slow because of all the hidden Widgets in the background.

The widgets are stopped in the PHP before the content within them is processed. They are not simply hidden on your page, but stopped before that point.
