Display-Widgets fits my need. I have several subject oriented pages, and use D-W to restrict widgets to pages. I also started using Pages-Posts widget to force category posts to certain pages. This causes an error in D-W. The error is:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_queried_object_id() on a non-object in /home/jcooper/public_html/wp-content/plugins/display-widgets/display-widgets.php on line 37
line 36-38 are:
global $wp_query; $post_id = $wp_query->get_queried_object_id(); $show = $instance['page-'.$post_id];
Can you offer any suggestions?
Thanks, Jim

Do you have a link to the WordPress repository for the widget that is having trouble? I'm not finding a widget/plugin by this name.

Steph,
Did this work for you?
Jim
PS, is the "math required" to reply intended to keep spamers out. I haven't gone public with my site yet, and I hear this can be a problem.

Steph,
It's been almost three weeks. If the problem can't or won't be fixed, let me know so I can move on. I really like Displey-Widgets, and I'm not sure whether I will abandon it or Pages-Posts. It depends on which I can work around first.

Wow, I'm really slow on this. I'm not seeing anything I can change to resolve this conflict. It appears to be an issue to the other plugin. Sorry.
