Hi Steph,

Great plugin!  This has been a real life-saver for us, but we have run into a few issues that we were hoping that you could help us with.

We have custom post types and taxonomies that we would like to assign an "instance" to within the plugin.  For example, we have a "Programs" taxonomy that we would like to have the widgets display on, but it needs to be the same for both the parent "Program" and the children "Programs".  Is there away that we could create a new "instance" (like the "page-" instances) called "custom-" and have this assigned to these custom post types and taxonomies?

Please let us know if you need clarification on this.  Thank you so much for your help!

I just released an update that will help you. It's not as simple as the check boxes, but at the bottom of the check boxes is a text field to enter a comma separated list of ids for pages that don't have check boxes.
