If you’re using BuddyPress 1.1+ and displaying site wide posts, this plugin is a necessary replacement for the one that comes packaged with BuddyPress. The widget options include title, posts per page, and previous and next link titles.

Hi, that is very interesting plugin. But it has some issues with displaying results. Visit demo.cosydale.com (it’s demo Russian BuddyPress site) and you will understand what I mean. Something with styles, and RSS link right top under the title.
If you want, feel free to contact me via email – will try my best to help you.

It looks like those who have long sidebars will have this issue with version 1.0. Please delete line 99 () and I’ll take it out in the next release.

Does this work on BP1.0.3?

When I try to add the widget, it just shows up blank. I am using a lightly modified default theme.

This has only been tested in BuddyPress 1.1+… Looks like you might need to update.

Hi Steph, great plugin!
There are two things I want to suggest. I got 7 posts per page with excerpt and that’s a lot of text. So it would be good to have the navigation not only on top, but also at the end of the articles.
Is it possible to show not only author and blog, but category and tag? That would be great.

Thanks for your work

Both good suggestions. Adding the pagination to the bottom is definitely doable. I’ll have to look into the category and tags to see if there’s a way that wouldn’t slow down load time too much. Thanks!

Hi. Plugin looks lovely, however, would you have any tips on how to use this in a template instead of using it as a widget?

I don’t think there’s a way to use widgets in any other way. I’d suggest you just add a widgetized “sidebar” to a template page. Sorry!
